My Studio Equipment

Within my Studio you will find 2 Reformers and 2 Towers and of course mats. This perfect combination allows me to teach a fusion of all to help you progress in your practice.  

Reformer

Within my studio I have 2 Reformers. The Reformers uses a moving carriage, springs, straps and a footbar to provide both resistance and support, allowing exercises to be precisely tailored to each body.

The purpose of the Reformer is to help guide movement, improve alignment, and build strength without impact. The Springs can make exercises more challenging or more assisted depending on what your ability is.

Tower

Pilates Towers are vertical vertical frames with springs and bars that provide support and resistance to guide movement. They help to improve strength, alignment and help to lengthen the body promoting excellent posture.

 

 

 

 

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates uses your own body weight to build strength, control and mobility, focusing on precision and efficient movement. The strength and awareness developed on the Reformer and Tower directly supports mat work, as well as giving  confidence as your practice progresses
